If the problem is with your computer, network cable, router, or switch, we will identify it and let you know of a replacement. If the problem is with your internet provider or their modem, we will let you know, but only after exhausting all efforts with your local machines. We don't automatically point our fingers at the other guy.

If we don't fix the problem, you won't get charged for it**.

* computer must be brought to our shop to be repaired or standard hourly rate will be charged. Most instances or a computer cleanup your machine will be in our possession for an overnight (late drop off, early pickup). Within reason, our technicians can pickup your computer and drop it off for you at no extra charge.
